Shakur is the idol of so many on the left, and the black community. I just don't get it. I think if Kaepernick shot a cop, and claimed it was for change and all this other crap - he too would likely get idolized. Just as some would idolize someone who tried to take a cops gun from him and shoot him.

NFL Kneeler Colin Kaepernick Donated $25,000 to Cop Killer Fund

Social justice warrior and political hero of the left, Colin Kaepernick donated $25,000 to a charity that honors convicted cop killer Assata Shakur.

Assata Shakur is now a fugitive hiding out in Cuba.

Today, Kaepernick is an unemployed whiner who set in motion a protest that is ultimately toppling the NFL. He has never even registered to vote.

Via The Daily Mail:

Kaepernick’s foundation made the donation to Chicago-based Assata’s Daughter’s, named after former Black Liberation Army member Assata Shakur, in April as part of a $1million charitable pledge.

Shakur was convicted of first-degree murder in the 1973 shooting death of New Jersey state trooper Werner Foerster and sentenced to life in prison, but staged a daring jailbreak and now lives as a fugitive in Cuba.
