.........Chicken Livers and Onions Tonight!!

......Just made some "My way"....but I was looking at some other ways people make them on Youtube....

The video below... its the closest way I make mine...I really enjoy chicken-livers and onions pan-fried...One thing the video below doesn't show...(is boiling them first (and drain) for 10 minutes)...then after... add to the Pan....
