Oh, he's definitely out there sometimes!! But not in a mental manner, but rather a "different" manner, in my opinion. His ability to be politically in-correct, speaking off the cuff, blurting out on Twitter, speaking his mind....

I don't think this stuff makes him a mental patient. What it does at times, is make him appear to be un-Presidential like, certainly not what any of use are accustomed to hearing or seeing from one of our previous 44 presidents. While I love the lack of political correctness, and the lack of a teleprompter at times, even I'll admit that at times he goes overboard. He needs an editor on twitter, someone to proofread his stuff before he continually creates drama. And similar to any time that he speaks, if at all possible.

California Dem Is Still Trying To Figure Out If Trump Is Mentally Insane

A California Democratic congresswoman is reaching out to various psychologists to figure out whether President Donald Trump is mentally insane.

Rep. Jackie Speier, member of the House Intelligence Committee, contacted two mental health professionals to ask them for their opinions on Trump’s mental health, BuzzFeed reported Monday.

“It’s one thing from my non-professional, non-clinical standpoint [to] believe that someone does not have the capacity to do the job, it’s another thing to talk to experts and [those] who can deal with mental psychosis on a daily basis, so I wanted to hear from them,” Speier told BuzzFeed News.

Speier contacted psychologist John Gartner, Duty to Warn member, and another psychologist about Trump’s health. Gartner founded Duty to Warn, a group of mental health professionals that believe Trump is mentally insane and should thereby be removed from office. However, Gartner and the other members of the group have not evaluated the president as a patient.

This is is not the first time Speier has brought up Trump’s mental health. She tweeted out concerns about Trump’s “erratic behavior” in August.

“POTUS is showing signs of erratic behavior and mental instability that place the country in grave danger. Time to invoke the 25th amendment,” she tweeted in August.

A psychiatry professor at Yale noted that other Democrat representatives had reached out to her about Trump and his mental state. Professor Bandy Lee used to be a part of Duty to Warn, but left the group because she doesn’t agree with the professionals diagnosing Trump for a political gain.

Whenever ANYONE easily accuses another of being Mentally Insane. That is usually a sure sign....the person doing the Accusing, is just trying to distract attention from their own Mental Insanity.

The shrink did diagnose my ex as a malignant narcissist with anti-social tendencies. He also had a bunch of other shrink talk issues. It does happen, was the reason that joint custody was denied.

It all started with the ex saying to the court, "These are my children and they don't do anything for me anymore. Why should I have to pay for them when they are not giving me anything?" That was the reason he ordered the evaluation.

It all started with the ex saying to the court, "These are my children and they don't do anything for me anymore. Why should I have to pay for them when they are not giving me anything?" That was the reason he ordered the evaluation.I'm sure it occasionally happens and usually for the reason you stated: Someone shoots themselves in the foot. My daughter's ex had it made (gay judge known to rule in favor of the male) and bonehead didn't show up for the final hearing. He did himself in.

In high profile cases that make it to TV, the odds grow increasingly slim that an insanity plea will work; especially, if the media has turned it into a circus.

In Trump's case, I don't see him as insane. Dislike for the man has nothing to do with it. I DO some of these Democrats like Waters, Wilson and Pelosi as a LOT closer to insanity than Trump. Some of the stuff they are willing to believe is beyond insanity.

I see Trump as dangerous when he paints himself into a corner for no reason because he will pretty-much do anything to win. He doesn't know how to lose. Admirable quality IF kept in check and the wisdom to know what is worth fighting for and what is not. I'd say he is a tad lacking on the latter, IMO.

I don't think he has done anything along those lines to the point that a case can be made for impeachment.

Would it matter if EVERY Trump-hater, Liberal, amateur Psychiatrist in America declared him insane....... If NONE OF THEM were able to sit down with him, interview him, and have him answer ONLY the questions...they want to hear???

In other words. Even if all the WANNABE SHRINKS from the Left believe Trump is sick.

Not one of them can render any kind of diagnosis...WITHOUT TALKING TO HIM in person!

Insane and personality disorders are very different cans of worms, just saying. ;)

Meanwhile, crazy Nancy Pelosi is all but at the drooling stage. Stuttering, babbling and mixing up names and monetary amounts.

Insane and personality disorders are very different cans of worms, just saying. ;)One has to wonder where all this concern was while Obama was drafting up and pushing through Obamacare. I've YET to see anything that makes it Constitutional. He and his Dem Congress just shoved it down our throats.

Now the bar isn't "the law is unconstitutional" -- it's "let's fix the unconstitutional law".

Meanwhile back at the ranch ... when the GOP took the majority in Congress, Obama was flat throwing hissy fits when he didn't get his way. Taking snide shots at people. Addressing his issues with Congress by whining to the public and name calling. I don't recall anyone on the left mentioning removing him from office for breaking the law by inventing his own.

All things like this issue do for me is reaffirm that while the GOP sucks, the Dems are FAR worse. And "someone" put people like the loons I mentioned earlier in office.

What I was trying to say is that Trump is by no means insane. He may well have severe personality disorders, which do not make a 'good person', though the same issues may make him very good at business. Same issues may be why he acts as he does, it's what he is.

I think that the Left - quite apart from having not recovered from the shock of Clinton failing to win for them - are in a massive panic for one specific reason.

The Left is all about control. They hate individualism, and they therefore hate the individualism that Trump displays. They very much hate - and fear ! - the obvious enthusiasm people have for an individualist.

Why ? Because the Left, being all about control, NEED a climate of political correctness to take such a hold that certain thoughts and attitudes literally become 'unthinkable'. Within such a climate, their hold on people grows, as does their certainty of social 'terraforming' - bit by bit, incrementally, without people being properly aware it's even happening.

But Trump defies all of that. He is a 'doer' .. he keeps promises, he's dynamic, he says just what he thinks, without any political correctness to restrain him. SO -- the Left have to depopularise that to the greatest possible extent.

If they fail, then their whole political correctness edifice crumbles. They lose power, and the basis for it. People HAVE to think as THEY want them to, for their power base to succeed.

Of course they want Trump demonised, discredited. What he stands for HAS to fail. They fear the consequences if anything else wins out.
