I don't know if it's something to be in all caps and jubilant as the writer seems - but the continual success of the markets and the rest of the economy is definitely a good thing!

Trump makes history! Economy Grew 3.0% in Third Quarter DESPITE Devastating Hurricanes

Despite the historic hurricanes that devastated Houston, New Orleans, Florida and Puerto Rico the third quarter GDP beat expectations.

The economy was expected to rise 2.5%.

Initial readings show the US economy rose 3.0% in the third quarter.

CNBC reported: (https://www.cnbc.com/2017/10/27/first-reading-on-third-quarter-gdp-up-3-point-0-percent-vs-2-point-5-percent-rise-expected.html)

The U.S. economy unexpectedly maintained a brisk pace of growth in the third quarter as an increase in inventory investment and a smaller trade deficit offset a hurricane-related slowdown in consumer spending and a decline in construction.

Gross domestic product increased at a 3.0 percent annual rate in the July-September period after expanding at a 3.1 percent pace in the second quarter, the Commerce Department said on Friday.

The department said while it was impossible to estimate the overall impact of hurricanes Harvey and Irma on third-quarter GDP, preliminary estimates showed that the back-to-back storms had caused losses of $121.0 billion in privately owned fixed assets and $10.4 billion in government-owned fixed assets.

Folks used to care about the economy before Trump came into office. Then when the economy is doing great, I guess the economy no longer matters.

Or better yet - folks no longer care about the economy and acknowledging how well it's been doing in the past year, because that may be giving credit to Trump if so. :)

I'm pretty sure the same applies to beating up on Isis.

Some used to be tired of the growth of illegal immigration. Saying that it's been getting better or that the numbers are dropping in the past year, is something that can't be acknowledged.

Some were tired of the endless regulations in Washington. Now a shitload are disappearing, and 2 more disappear for each created.

I believe a lot were against "judicial activism". While that can't be stopped on a dime - Trump not only installed a conservative SC justice, but has been plastering good conservative judges around the nation.

Just like CNN won't touch the fusion Uranium story but barely - and I think their reasoning is that it may make Dems look bad, there hero look bad - or may even acknowledge a little that the accusations towards Trump, especially from this dossier, were full of shit.

The stock market is good for those who hold stock. Half of the country doesn't so it's not the best indicator. However, I do own stock, so I am happy at the market's bull streak.

So what? Are we supposed to be impressed with your hypocrisy about Capitalism that is only good as long as it's good for you? You sound like both Clintons....put down WALL STREET in public, and ENJOY their millions behind American backs.

May not be the "best" indicator, but things like that, and things like the GDP, and unemployment & job creations.... all add up to a damn good economy, in comparison, to lets say, 2 years ago. Or 8 years ago. :)

Besides Obama took full credit for the stock market and so did his minions.
