I HATED the Partridge Family. Total freakin nightmare. So my little brother is (was) a member of the Partridge Family Fan Club. Total wuss-bag sissy shit. Think that's bad?

We get stationed at Iraklion AFB, Crete, Greece. I have to share a room with Danny Partridge wannabe who is also momma's boy and gets his way. Guess who owns not one, but BOTH Partridge Family albums?

Guess which member of DP knows the words to almost EVERY F-ING Partridge Family song? Over and over and over again. And there's NO escape on a postage stamp size AFB on the island of Crete. There's no brain cleanser strong enough. It's a 1000 times worse than My Sharona.

I saw Cassidy at a small theater in Ventura California years ago, he was pretty good. I saw him again a few years later in Las Vegas where he was doing a show with Sheena Easton, she was the draw... woof...


Damn shame how he fucked himself up over the years, probably didn't lend itself to any sort of longevity...

Damn shame how he fucked himself up over the years, probably didn't lend itself to any sort of longevity...I don't know much about him. He was on an episode of Police Story in the 70s. He was actor Jack Cassidy's son and Shirley Jones' step son. He was the only Partridge that actually sang. Oh yeah, and he was on World's Dumbest getting a DUI. That about covers it.
