I can think of a lot of different settings where it may not be so bad to make that pass, try and make a hit on someone and see if you can get a kiss. But that's usually reserved for someone you know somewhat at least.

But it would be kinda hard to sue successfully if there were tapes showing he did in fact try and kiss someone that didn't want to be kissed. I know, I know, the next is that Trump could have easily made the tapes disappear.

Look, I'm NOT supporting him in any way. IF this happened, he was wrong. The point I'm making is that men try to kiss women, they try to hit on them. Usually of course this happens perhaps at a bar, or a club, and also usually with someone you know to an extent.
