As I stated before, how many times are we going to see our media gleefully and laughingly report that "Oh, we got 'em this time, we nailed the bastard, he was colluding with Russia" ---- only to find out AGAIN that no such thing happened.

I've never seen a media so aggressive in wanting to attack someone for any reason. They want so badly to get the goods on Trump, that they're willing to make themselves look like asses over and over and over.

He believed the media cost him the 60 election, and in a way they did, but inadvertently.

Nixon looked like a nervous rat on camera while Kennedy looked like Mr Cool. It was the first time how one presented oneself via television was more important than the issues. Nixon was the FAR more qualified candidate of the two.

Nixon never forgave the media and shut them out while he was President. It eventually led to Watergate where media reporters (Woodward and Bernstein) were determined to dig up dirt on Nixon.

In hindsight, had he been a Democrat and run today, Watergate would have been ignored. It was trivial compared to using an unsecure server for sensitive government business.

You'd think that after being caught in so many LIES, one right after another, and having to retract stories and fire people and on and on, that they'd figure, gee, maybe we ought to COOL IT for awhile and let things calm down. This is really hurting us and our reputation. Maybe we better make damn sure we know what we're reporting is the truth before we report it... but NOOOOOO... not these Trump Derangement Syndrome radical leftist democrats. They absolutely can NOT quit, they can NOT help themselves. It's the old adage, "CUT YOUR NOSE OFF TO SPITE YOUR FACE." We're watching the leftist media and the frothing at the mouth radical liberals that eat their garbage up destroy themselves... WILLFULLY. People see this, they know what's going on, and all the left is REALLY doing is SOLIDIFYING the conservatives support for President Trump. They're HELPING him... they have to be INSANE not to see that.

We would have been better off if Nixon had defeated Kennedy

It wasn't the 'crime' that was the problem, it was the cover-up. So far it seems that the current White House has a good memory of the Saturday Night Massacre. The prosecutor may or may not be dealing with things fairly, but when the perception becomes cover-up, (this wasn't all with Nixon), the game changes very quickly.

We would have been better off if Nixon had defeated KennedyGiven all the crap that happened after the election up to and including the assassination of JFK, and all that followed, it's really hard to guess on that one. Too many variables.
