Judicial Watch: State Dept Cut Deal for Clinton to Keep Call Logs Secret, Abedin Took 'Muslim Engagement Documents'

(CNSNews.com) -- The government watchdog group Judicial Watch released documents today from the U.S. State Department showing that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her top aide Huma Abedin were allowed to "remove electronic and physical records under a claim they were 'personal' materials and 'unclassified, non-record materials," including files on Clinton's telephone calls and schedules that were not to be made public.

In addition, the documents show that Abedin took five boxes of "physical files" from the State Department that included records marked "Muslim Engagement Documents." All of these records were obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request made by Judicial Watch.

"We already know the Obama State Department let Hillary Clinton steal and then delete her government emails, which included classified information," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton in a statement. "But these new records show that was only part of the scandal."

"These new documents show the Obama State Department had a deal with Hillary Clinton to hide her calls logs and schedules, which would be contrary to FOIA and other laws," he said. "When are the American people going to get an honest investigation of the Clinton crimes?"

The FOIA request asked for "any and all DS-1904 (authorization for the Removal of Personla Papers and Non-Record Materials) forms completed by, or on behalf of" former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin, and former Deputy chief of Staff Jacob Sullivan.

The documents included, according to Judicial Watch, "a list of official and personal calls and schedules that Clinton removed, which carry a special notation that the doucments were not to be made public records."

A note for those records, signed by State Department official Clarnece N. Finney Jr., states that "the Secretary's call log, grid and schedules are not classified, however, they would not be released to the general public under FOIA. They are being released to the Secretary with this understanding."

obama and his being praised for his treason convinced me , along with the fact that he won that second term!

Sad but reality points to the fact that even Trump is not doing enough to reverse it, as it requires serious and NEVER before extreme measures to be used, IMHO.

Truly... the depth and scale of lawlessness and corruption by democrats during the obama years is mind numbing in scale.

They should start right at the head of the snake and send a special envoy of US Marshalls to Hawaii with warrant in hand to see this fabled hard copy certificate of birth for obama... I guarantee there isn't one. That makes the democrats messiah guilty of enough crimes to be put before a firing squad.

Then work their way down from that filthy, America hating muslim fraud of a dog turd. There's enough law breaking to clean out half the democrat party, and what's even more bizarre is, it doesn't appear they have any intention of stopping that behavior. The Mueller collusion investigation is an absolute FARCE, and was started because of a FAKE DOSSIER. It's not legal. It's an investigation LOOKING for a crime, and has been for over a year and found nothing, because there WAS NOTHING. They set up a couple unfortunate people and nabbed them for process crimes... it's pathetic.
