Last year a woman I used to knit with made several of these hats and she did go to the Women's March, wearing one. She was all lit up after. Apparently there was a way to give the extras to any non-knitter who wanted one, so that was what she was doing.

As with all too much of her talk, I simply didn't reply to any of the pussy hat stuff ------------ she basically just wanted to start a fight.

I eventually figured that out and don't go there to knit any longer. A lot of relationships didn't survive the 2016 elections.
