Sheriff Joe was surprised to learn that his accepting a presidential pardon is a prima facie confession of guilt,
so says the Supreme Court. Thus, he's unfit to serve the public in any way whatsoever, including dog catcher.

Now, I'll wager that all the Sheriff Joetards here will deny the Court's ruling, the same tards who in other threads
praise the Supreme Court as the highest law in the land. I'll just sit here and wait for the tards to start tarding.

Didn't happen. Guess it's "different" now? I could care less. I'd just as soon Arpaio not run, but I also don't want to see him screwed by the left.

He screwed himselfNot from where I'm sitting. I don't want Arpaio running for quite a few reasons previously listed. Getting screwed in the butt by a leftwingnut judge out to convict him of anything he could desperately grasp is NOT one of those reasons.

Is it just me, or is their a double standard here.

If this denies Arpio, doesn't it stop Manning?
