Look, I want the Patriots to lose of course, but hopefully on even ground. Not sure if the Pats are telling the truth or not when they say he's tossing the ball just fine now. Apparently he got 4 stitches on the knuckle area of his throwing hand, I think his thumb? The articles I read said he bent it back really far and bad, blood everywhere.

And now that they traded Jimmy Garoppolo, I don't even know if they have a decent backup, and certainly not one you want to put in there for the Championship game!!

This ought to add a bit if suspense to the game!

Brian Hoyer is their only backup, but at least he's played in the NFL before, should it come to that. He's not really all that bad either, which is I'm sure why Belichick got him as a backup. But if he has to come in with the most important game of the season on the line, win or go home, against one of the best defenses in the NFL.... I wouldn't bet on him, let's put it that way.

I saw a side by side by side by side story/graphic a couple of days ago that was humorous, even if it were just pure stats. It was showing their playoff starts in total, wins/losses, TD/INT....

This will be Brady's 36th game in the playoffs. This will be Bortle's 3rd game, all this year! This will be Case Keenum's 2nd game, all this year & Foles 2nd game, all this year. It's like Brady, his 36 appearances against all no-names in comparison.

But none of the other 3 just got stitches in their throwing hands either.

From a practical standpoint having had the same injury, it's mostly a painful pain in the ass. Handoffs will hurt more than throwing. Will probably affect his accuracy more the farther he tries to throw.

I doubt he'll miss the game. He loves his legacy and the sound of his own name too much.

Just a Bluff from Brady...he has done similar before....Jaguar (Cats) I predict will win (even though they are big underdogs in Vegas)

Saw a map of who's rooting for which team to win. New England and a tiny area in Texas were for the Pats. The entire rest of the country wants the Eagles to win.
