Movie about the Horse Soldiers ... first strike against Taliban and Al Queda after 9/11. 12 special forces individual ride into battle on horses with local afghanistan tribe. There's a statute at ground zero commemorating their mission.

Task Force Dagger is sent to Afghanistan following the September 11 attacks (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/September_11_attacks), a team that includes CIA paramilitary officers and US Army Green Berets (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_Forces_(United_States_Army)) Operational Detachment Alpha 595 (ODA 595). They join forces with General Abdul Rashid Dostum (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abdul_Rashid_Dostum) of the Northern Alliance (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northern_Alliance) to help conduct unconventional warfare against Taliban (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taliban) forces.

Sounds pretty good. I can usually sit through a military movie.

Watched DUNKIRK last night. Got kinda long, little bit boring, didn't see it as the epic work of art they're cracking it up to be.
