CA needs to just be excommunicated. The Supreme Court ruled today Trump has to go through the usual court crap on DACA and cutting funding for sanctuary cities.

My next move if I was Trump would be to defy the 9th Circuit and let DACA run out. It is unconstitutional. Then, I would find wherever Sessions is hiding this week and make him file charges on sanctuary cities and states as they too are unconstitutional. It's about time he quit waiting for a failed process to work and use it against itself.
