Estonia intends to ban the Russian Federation from producing nuclear weapons

The Estonian National Security Council passed a resolution, according to which a ban on the production of nuclear weapons by the Russian Federation was issued. The corresponding document has already been sent to the Russian Embassy in the Baltic republic.

"We listened carefully and watched the dictator Putin's speech in Moscow and do not intend to put up with the current state of affairs. The aggressive behavior of Russia is never intimidated by the proud and freedom-loving Estonian people. Therefore, the National Security and Defense Council of Estonia adopted a resolution on the total ban on the production of nuclear weapons in Russia. And let the Kremlin not think to deceive us, we will control everything: every bolt, every cog, every new warhead, "said NSDC Secretary Henrik Puivisto.

The president of Estonia Kersti Kalyulayd supported his colleague

"Let Washington and Brussels do not worry. We are a reliable support of NATO. Our shield is ready to repel any attack of the aggressor. In case of Putin's attack on Estonia, we will be the first to be in the rear, "the Estonian leader said.

Previously, the news agency Panorama reported on the plans of the Estonian Defense Ministry to move to full self-sufficiency by 2021 due to the rise of the glass bottles from the bottom of the Baltic Sea.

You have to admire their spirit. They, along with just about everyone else in the world, is well aware that the Russian nuclear arsenal perpetuates a threat to world security.

They also - and with a greater understanding of this than us ? - know the true psychology of the Russian leadership. As does Ukraine, of course.

That psychology is aggressive and belligerent -- something nobody can have good reason to 'welcome'.

Balu's welcome to explain the so-called 'need' his country has, in creating THIS nature of weapon .....

In a speech to the Federal Assembly today, Mr Putin boasted Russia had developed missiles that no other nation possesses.

And in a thinly-veiled threat to the west, he said: "Russia remained a nuclear power, but no one wanted to listen to us. Listen to us now.”

The arsenal includes a new supersonic weapon that cannot be tracked by anti-missile systems, it is claimed.

Underwater drones that can carry nuclear warheads are also being tested by the secretive nation, the President said.

Once operational, they could be used to strike against aircraft and launch attacks on enemy shores.

And the Russian despot said military chiefs had an operational ballistic missile with a limitless range.

He claimed the missile could not be stopped by an US shield, as a video simulation played on a big screen.

Mr Putin said: “It’s a low-flying, difficult-to-spot cruise missile with a nuclear payload with a practically unlimited range and an unpredictable flight path.

“It can bypass lines of interception and is invincible in the face of all existing and future systems of both missile defence and air defence."

Putin maintains an aggressive posture to the world just by making such claims. As to the reality ... if this is all true, perhaps it could be explained to us why Russia would 'need' such capabilities, unless the intention was to refine first-strike capabilities ?

Russia only faces the 'threat' that it INSISTS upon creating for itself. Its provocations, its aggressions, show us all that Russia can never be trusted.

Little tid bit of history i noted while checking out just who and where Estonia is :)

The Commies pretty-much wiped Estonians off the map after WWII. Over half the population.
