I was just cleaning up some bookmarks and things I add to my readings, came across this. I've probably used it in the past, but think it's illuminating on why this case is never going to be 'settled law.'

I figure if no one else, @Abbey (http://www.debatepolicy.com/member.php?u=11) will like reading it.
