UPDATED 2:15 PM PT – Sat. April 7, 2018President Trump is ramping up his efforts to keep Americans (http://www.oann.com/president-trump-slams-california-for-sanctuary-policies-defying-law/#) safe, as he continues his criticism of California’s sanctuary policies.
During his weekly address, released Saturday the President accused California politicians of violating the constitution by taking steps to protect illegal immigrants.
He added those actions have put the security of U.S. citizens at risk and the situation is now out of control.
The President applauded Orange county, which voted to join the administration’s lawsuit against the state, in an effort to end the state’s sanctuary policies. He also went after Democrats for their stance on the issue.

“The Democrats are not doing what is right for our country. I will not rest until we have secured our borders and restored the rule of the law. We will win and we will win soon.” -President TrumpThe President also urged other California jurisdictions to join (http://www.oann.com/president-trump-slams-california-for-sanctuary-policies-defying-law/#) the administration’s lawsuit.

Looks like more and more of California is turning against California. Who'd have ever thought THAT? A rogue government in the United States in this day and age?

I posted something about Orange County doing this along with the City of Los Alamitos
several days ago.

But! It is good to see the issue and concern over this on the proverbial 'front burner'!

But! It is good to see the issue and concern over this on the proverbial 'front burner'!I posted the Los Alamitos and one other place as well. There is also a movement in CA for part of the state to secede from CA. Problem is, and I'm as guilty as anyone, if someone logs in and they're a "Top Ten" poster and don't look through each forum, some threads get buried and go unnoticed.

Different people are on at different times. If I get on and my OCD kicks in, I'll roll everything off the Top Ten. Not on purpose. I just start finding crap I think might me interesting. Jimbob does it too.

It's just one of those things. I prefer my OCD kick in when I'm running :)

That's why I click on "New Posts" too. All the threads I might miss are in there.

That's why I click on "New Posts" too. All the threads I might miss are in there.I meant technically "Latest Posts". The last 15 posts made on the board in date-time order. I don't always have time to scroll through the individual forums.
