WTF!?!?!?!?!?!? 20 year sentance if convictes and this asshole is only going to get less then a year?!?!?!?! He needs to be hung by his nuts. It takes someone heartless to drown, torture and kill a little dog. Assholes like these piss me off as much as Rapists and Child Molesters.
Also the NFL might take him back?!!?
