UPDATED 6:16 AM PT — Fri. June 1, 2018A new expense report recently revealed Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation has already cost taxpayers nearly $17 million.
According to reports on Thursday, the special (http://www.oann.com/expense-report-mueller-probe-has-cost-taxpayers-nearly-17m/#) counsel has spent nearly $8 million on staff salaries, travel, and rent. On top of that, the Justice

Department spent $9 million in additional support.

Some lawmakers are calling for an audit to ensure the money (http://www.oann.com/expense-report-mueller-probe-has-cost-taxpayers-nearly-17m/#) allocated by Congress is being spent appropriately.
However, Congress can do very little to cut funding from Mueller as his budget falls under a special Treasury Department account (http://www.oann.com/expense-report-mueller-probe-has-cost-taxpayers-nearly-17m/#).
The figures come from the latest expense tally released by the DOJ, charting Mueller’s probe from May 2017 through March of this year.

So Congress STILL hasn't passed a budget from LAST year yet this f*ckwit is funded no matter what. $17M on a witch hunt is ridiculous. Beyond. That $17M would fund a lot of WORTHY things.
