UPDATED 11:14 AM PT — Fri. June 8, 2018Attorney General Jeff Sessions said the Justice Department will not defend Obamacare, because certain aspects are unconstitutional.
He made the comments in a letter to House (http://www.oann.com/dept-of-justice-argues-parts-of-obamacare-are-unconstitutional-after-mandate-repeal/#) Speaker Paul Ryan.
The decision falls in line with a legal challenge from 20 Republican-led states, who argue Obamacare violates the law.
One America News spoke to Sessions about this issue and others, including border security.

“Make your application, await your time, don’t attempt to storm our border because we’re not going to allow it anymore,” stated the attorney general.
Sessions went on to say the Trump administration has zero tolerance for people who illegally enter (http://www.oann.com/dept-of-justice-argues-parts-of-obamacare-are-unconstitutional-after-mandate-repeal/#) the country.
The exclusive interview with the nations top cop will be airing today, only on One America News (http://www.oann.com/dept-of-justice-argues-parts-of-obamacare-are-unconstitutional-after-mandate-repeal/#).

Do we not need another supreme ?Looks to me like they just pulled its fangs and the rest is falling apart a little at a time. So states is almost half. And it looks like Sessions told the House DOJ won't be in the way. There's a first, I know.

Well ok. I'll have the audacity of Hope. Are you kidding? I'm leaving it up to the states. Sessions and Ryan coming up with a set between the two of them would be a miracle. I can't even imagine what a conference between those two sounds like.

"Tell you what, Paul .... I'll cave on this if you cave on that .... And money says I can sound more wishy-washy and spineless than you in doing so "
