Wishful thinking

Here's what will happen

Trump will be impeached, and then obviously Pence knew about Trump's crimes all along so he will be impeached as well, then Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi will become President, at least long enough until she can appoint Hillary Clinton to be her VP, then she will resign making Her Royal Appointed One President as She should have been all along.

Either that or Trump won't be impeached at all.

This is 100% incorrect, SCOTUS can not prevent an impeachment at all .They have no Constitional authority to do so, if Congress impeaches, SCOTUS has no role in that. There is no appeal to an impeachment.

Check for yourself. I didn't make it up. IF The House of REPRESENTATIVES bring Impeachment charges against Trump. It goes to the Senate, and the Presiding Officer IS...The CHIEF JUSTICE of the Supreme Court.
