If people would finally listen, and if they took these weapons away and banned them - and surely the criminals like the scumbag involved here, would heed the warnings and/or rid themselves or turn in their weapons - and obviously this crime never happens, nor any like it. It's insane that they don't just ban them. It's SO easy, ban them and take them off the streets - problem solved right there.
