One of the comments I found at the bottom of this story made a good point. According to Ms. Swetnik, she was 19 and Mr. Kavanaugh was 16 at the time she fell victim to his 'rape train'. Wouldn't that make her guilty of statutory rape?:

Questions arose Wednesday about claims by Julie Swetnick, the third “accuser” against Brett Kavanaugh, after it was revealed that she would have been in college during the time period she claims he was “present” at gang rapes at high school parties.

This BULLSHIT is never-ending!

All of the stories unravel to be fabrications and lies, yet
twice a week now, they "find" another complainant.

Too bad a public official can rarely sue for libel.

Moon-bats! Losers! Dem funded liars!

As flawless as the rest of her story. An adult present at 9 gang rape drinking and drug fueled parties of high school minors decides to attend party number 10 where she falls 'victim' of the dreaded 'rape train'. Was she under no obligation to stop it or contact authorities? Apparently, she liked the parties and the activities therein and was a multiple willing participant. Wonder how the detectives would have treated her if her admitted fact pattern had been known to them?

It's been a long time since you were that age I suppose. I went to plenty of parties where high school and college kids mingled. It's never been a strange thing. Don't make this to be she was 35 at a high school party.

Why are you hung up on relative ages? My point was that she was legally an adult who attended 10 separate parties where minors were partaking in alcohol and quaaludes and where gang rapes were regularly occurring in full view of or at least the full knowledge of everyone else at the party. It sounds like the party scene in Milwaukee may be a bit out of the ordinary but I'm sure most other people would consider the aforementioned activities 'a strange thing'.

Why don't you read the tale instead of attacking a poster? How long since YOU were that age?

The tales that are full of shit and lies go back to when all of the 'participants' were anywhere from
'14 - 17' for the 'women....'2 years older for the 'men'. The 'women admitted to being drunk and could not recall
situation, fact, or even assault. Only by a liberal lawyer did they post that fallacy up.

Any assumed guilt goes to the male, not the drunken female that leads a guy on.

Get a life Pete. This has been posting all week.

This is how it works, men. You are guilty because you are a man. Most women identify with the women’s movement and many have internalized the women’s movement’s contempt of men. Sorry, that is the truth.

Men are all sexual predators, or so the women’s movement would have us believe because 0.1% of men commit such crimes. That’s like saying all blacks are lazy or all Jews are cheap or all gays are effeminate. You’d think such attitudes are sexist, but you are wrong! Only men can be sexist. That’s what the so called woman’s movement tells us.

Men are not entitled to due process if accused by a woman of sexual improprieties. No, we are supposed to shut up and believe the accusers without any facts presented to us. Isn’t that what Senator Hirono told us?

Let me just say this: Not all women are like this. Many of us believe men deserve to be treated fairly.

I agree Abbey. Unfortunately, many women would not agree with you. Too many, in my opinion.
