During the Obama Administration we clearly entered what Mark Levin described as a post constitutional period in our governance. As the Dear Leader, with the stroke of a pen, rewrote parts of the ACA and then usurped the powers of Congress altogether and simply wrote the DACA law. Not to mention assigning to himself the "power of the purse" to come up with a couple of pallets of unmarked bills to pay off his butt buddies in Tehran.

I believe we have now entered a new era of Democrat governance, the post legal era. No longer satisfied with using the Constitution as their own personal roll of toilet paper, the Progressives have found a new way to enforce their credo, "Die Partie Uber Alles!". So thoroughly corrupt the Justice system in order to conduct show trials, investigate non crimes while personally bankrupting "suspects", all while ignoring blatant criminal activity by Democrat Party officials and functionaries. Add to the mix the art of judge shopping to halt or delay Republican passed laws and regulations and the use of outright legal nullification a la sanctuary cities and states and the Dems have taken the first huge steps to transition from the rule of law to the rule of man. Putin, Chavez, Castro, Xi, Kim and the Mullahs would be proud!
