A couple caravans full of women and children hundreds/thousands of miles away is not a national emergency. If and when they actually get here it will be a local emergency for that state or city. Let’s wait a few more months to see if they actually even get close.

up to their Oaths of Office " to Support and Defend The Constitution of the United States of America
from all Foes, Foreign and Domestic..."

You do not wait until thousands are at our doorstep. You take action early on to deter them
short of opening fire.
