Not a ton of snow, but enough to get her running around nutso and enjoying herself, and I love to see that! She loves all of her toys, and I got quite a few that Sharon recommended. Or I should say that the wifey bought them when she read the thread with Sharon's recommendations. :) :)

She doesn't care if it's 8 inches or flurries, just loves the snow!

This was once a soccer ball that she could barely get her mouth onto. But she destroyed it over time and now it's just like a huge crushed tennis ball for her!

Just a little portrait photo of her in the yard

Finally got her to start howling for me!! Ok, I didn't, I suck, and she pretty much has only howled like 2x thus far. In this picture, she was just bouncing her head strangely after dropping the ball and I happened to just get lucky in the way the photo timed.

Little girlie wanting to rush back inside, but she needs to have herself cleaned first. :)

That much she has perfected on command, to sit. And her she sat so that she could be cleaned off. :)

She looks like one well taken care of and happy dog in the last picture, and she's SMILING... ;)

That went by way too quickly! I sure can't wait to come back there and see you guys this year. And you made me quite the happy camper by helping me make Nikoh part of our NY family!!

She sure is, and spoiled to death!! I just called NT's Girl again, to get some advice, as my spoiling her to death isn't apparently the way to get her to do as I please! LOL

Yeah but I totally understand how easy it is to do. My campfire cat has to be one of the most spoiled critters on the planet, but she's well adjusted and such a good little cat. Just want her to know she's loved and has a safe home to live in. Pretty much what any good pet owner wants for their critter.

@jimnyc (http://www.debatepolicy.com/member.php?u=1) I wonder if Nikoh would howl if you brought her back to AK?

Little Ms. Nikoh has sure grown, seeing those pictures! And while only about 50lbs, she is strong as hell!

But Nero still rules the house. :)

Good question!

I've tried everything, and only heard her sorta howl like once or twice. Tried myself, the music and all kinds of stuff - but she's only noisy when she plays and growls at the same time (fun growling with her toys)

Imagine this guy, Jim?

Someone dropped Yuki off at a kill shelter at 8 months old because the pup was getting too big to handle. He's grown up now and it turns out he's 87.5% Gray Wolf, 8.6 % Siberian Husky, and 3.9% German Shepherd! And he's getting a second chance at life at Shy Wolf Sanctuary in Florida. ❤️ https://bit.ly/2F6qjAp

That is about how big my Jack was he could stand on his hind legs and rest his shoulders on mine and put his head on top of mine... he was total sweetheart as long as he was not on a chain or in a car.

My not so brilliant Uncle tried to subdue him while on a chain, against everything we told him, he walked away with 60 some stitches. He could pull the 4 wheeler in neutral at 30mph he was a 180 pounds of pure beast.

When my MIL would come over she would snoop ... he would kindly put her in a corner and sit quietly, just staring at her. When I would come back in the room she would ask me to call him off and I would blithely ask her if she found anything interesting.

The only person he loved more than me was my Mom, he would do anything for her. He was fantastic with the kids, and heaven help the fool who thought about coming near with out permission.

I loved my Jack

To his credit, Rick chose a very self-sufficient bad-ass but kind and generous woman who also apparently cooks great.
Or did you choose him?

AWE Thanks! I don't know who chose who? I just bought a birthday cake at my BFFs request and some how we ended up living together about 3 weeks later. (That was over 9 years ago)
