What do you think?Who Makes the World's Best Guns? Glock? Sig Sauer? We Made 5 Picks.
One of the oldest names in American firearms, Smith and Wesson was

founded in 1852. From the early Volcanic lever action pistol to the current

M&P series of polymer, striker-fired handguns, Smith and Wesson has

continually produced pistols over its 165-year history.
America’s prolific firearms industry means that choosing the top five manufacturers is no easy task.

While boutique handgun builders may produce some very fine pieces, quantity has a quality all its own, and several companies ship hundreds of thousands of handguns a year.

Like the auto industry, some of the best handguns come from foreign manufacturers. Here are the five best handgun manufacturers.`

Not a bad list. My Dad had a S&W stainless steel vented rib .38 special full sized. Very nice pistol. We gave it to my little sister when Paw passed away. I also bought her a S&W Airweight .38 Special +P for a present after she got her CC permit. Tiny little thing but packs a bad ass punch with hollow points. I just don't like 9mm's. I don't think they have enough umph. If anyone is ever going to shoot someone, they had better already have made up their mind they want to KILL that person, not wound them. They can SUE you if they live, fuck that.

I like Remington myself, and Browning, and I really like my Taurus Raging Bull .44 mag. Heavy as hell, but a true canon.
