Probably won't matter as the Dems will stop him, open investigations, go to court... anything to leave the borders open.

HUGE! Pentagon Finds $12.8 Billion for President Trump’s Border Wall Construction

The US Customs and Border Patrol Agency apprehended 400 illegal aliens in 5 minutes in El Paso, Texas this week.

There is CLEARLY an emergency situation on the southern US border and there has been for years.

Unfortunately, no US president has been willing to fix the problem — until today.

Democrat and Republican lawmakers have failed to fund President Trump’s border wall.

But now there is hope for those Americans who want a safe and secure country.

The Pentagon announced they have $12.8 billion to help fund President Trump’s border wall.

The Washington Examiner reported:

The Defense Department has identified $12.8 billion in possible funding that it could use to fulfill President Trump’s call for a border wall.

Sen. Jack Reed, D-R.I., released the 20-page spreadsheet on Twitter Monday night.

Trump last month declared a national emergency at the border, and said he wants to use $3.6 billion for border wall projects. The Pentagon’s list said it has found possible funding sources that are “in excess of the amount needed.”

But it’s not clear which projects the Defense Department will draw from. Some states that have been allocated big chunks of money that haven’t been spent could see a hit.

California, for example, was identified as having more than $700 million in unused Army and Navy military construction that could be used. Hawaii has more than $400 million that could be used.

More than $200 million in similar funding allocated for Hawaii, Maine, New York, North Carolina, Guam, Germany, Guam, and Guantanamo Bay Cuba are also on the list.

Positive figures to begin immediately.
Stupid liberals try to block every legal and Constitutional move Trump makes.

Spoiled wimps want to control our future with socialist mandates.

I be interested to know what exactly “finds” means.

I am sure you are very-- " interested" in -- "finding"-- a way to vilify that (or any money for that matter) money being used to build the wall.
What if the word --find-- actually means --reallocated?
The Pentagon is military, the United States Military responsibility is to defend this nation.
Is not border security a part of that defense?
Do not other nations defend their borders?
Asking to make point--- how you run away from questions I pose to you, that put to light your liberal ideology and your thought to be clever way of presenting what you think refutes conservatism and/or American idealism as was founded by this nation..-Tyr

Assuming these funds have been “reallocated” are you not interested in what they have been reallocated from?

I know what they have been re-designated to do. They've been redistributed to go from one military use to another military use, IMHO.
Both uses were and are, a part of defending this nation!
So unless you care to try to convince any sane person that border security is not part of defending a nation- you have nothing refute the re-designating with, IMHO.
Try as you may to refute such obvious truth and logic, you can only succeed with such sadly misguided people as gullible, twisted or blinded as you are, IMHO.-Tyr

If it doesn’t interest you, that’s grand - you can lead a horse to water etc etc.

Find, as in auditing the billions and billions the defense department receives, and then reallocating to use the funding to help build a secure border. Take away from something that is less important.

A dog treatment facility in Gitmo.
Counter narcotics programs (will need a lot more if they don't secure our border!)
Treasury Department asset forfeitures

That's just a couple...

"Per 10 U.S.C., Section 2808 (Military Construction (MILCON)), this declaration of a national emergency at the southern border requiring the use of the armed forces authorizes the secretary of defense to determine whether border barriers are necessary to support the use of the armed forces and to re-direct unobligated DOD MILCON funding to construct border barriers if required,"

Do you think it is acceptable for people to guess how they came up with this $12 billion of less important spending of taxpayer funds? Or should be public be left to guess that they cut the budget for a dog treatment facility?

It's much more than just the dog facility, but I know you would do your best to downplay no matter anything posted.

And no one is guessing, except for you apparently. They released and spoke of what would be being used. And yes, I think it's 100% acceptable.

What I'm interested in is figuring out why you believe Congress should be allocating money anyway , as if those dumbshits know anything about national defense? The US military absolutely should have the financial resources to do what the US military believes is best to complete their mission. Not what the dopes in DC think is best.
