Unless it has changed, she's off base. We weren't allowed to wear religious symbols PERIOD. They didn't name a flavor. ANY religion. In the Marine Corps, we were allowed to wear A (count them) religious medallion provided it was not visible in uniform.

Need to kick her ass out anyway. Her religion is contradictory to the US Constitution; which, she had to swear to up hold and defend.

I've also never heard of any service member suing the military and getting away with it. But this IS 2019 ...

Good luck with that suit!

When one signs on the dotted line, they agree to abide by the military's rules and regulations,
The UCMJ, and uniform regulations of the branch you are in.

I was investigating officer on one case where an E-4 cook decided to wear a tongue
piercing in uniform. Her Chief (E-7) told her to remove it and she refused, got herself booked.
In my interview with her, she still had it in, so I showed her the uniform regulations, and added
two additional UCMJ violations.

The C.O. clobbered her at Captain's Mast on all 3 counts.

We don't need another muslim shooting up American troops on our own base. They have no business being in the military, and that goes for homos too, and anyone else who isn't sure what freakin' gender they are.
