I think they're quite useful. You can tell at a glance whether or not someone talks shit. If they have a big long line of red, yep, they talk shit. Doesn't necessarily mean they're a liberal. Look at LN. She's got quite a bit of pos rep, and so do other liberals here. But look at the people in the red. They're a bunch of shit talking asshats, and their rep reflects that.
