TBO, it should happen more often. I have no problem putting the bad guys away, but, the DA's office and often the AG's office is so focused on "getting the job" done, they forget justice. I have seen so many briefs/cases from AG's in particular, that are virtual lies, but, since it is so close, you can't say anything because they have "immunity." I have no problem putting scumbags away, but, the DA/AG's office, IMO, can be as big a scumbag as the people they are trying to put away.
