USCG Sector Humboldt Bay conducts inter-agency exercises.

This is something I stressed for years, getting input with various response agencies
in our AOR to coordinate and understand everyone's strengths and limitations.

Great idea... coordination and allocation of resources between civil and government agencies is always a complicated and frustrating effort. Anyone who has never tried to do it wouldn't understand.

You are right.

I encouraged and promoted it for years. We might have different terminology, but the bottom line is always coordination.
Get the mission done and toss out the roadblocks.!
