DOn't blame the dummy. It's like as not smarter than the person hitting it. It's a training tool for fighters to teach them to punch correctly without breaking their own hands in the process, and to condition the hands to take the repeated strikes. The human-like ones are to give you an idea what it's like to hit an actual person instead of a pliable bag that gives with your strike.

Some of the strikers in that video are trained fighters and you can bet your last dollar they checked that dummy to see if the base was filled before they went all Mike Tyson on it. I had one except it had a heavy bag on top not the human thingy and I could move it with a round kick but that bitch wasn't about to go down. It's designed not to.

This is just a misuse of training equipment for some warped person's idea of entertainment.
