That really tells a story about how that city is being MIS-managed.

We pulled in there on mid-patrol break in the late 80's and toured around the waterfront and Pier 39.
I walked up to Coit Tower several times and marveled at how clean they kept the city,
even on the waterfront.

Sadly, that has all literally gone to shit.
