With this add-on I installed, it allows me to add images in various ways - per forum. Look at the forum now, in case you haven't noticed - from the Lounge on downward.

It COULD have been replacing the others to the left of it, the flags, but they stay. Ain't replacing Old Glory. :)

So the placement is the best area. The size can vary, but I lowered it until still properly view-able, but without intruding too much on the 'ol eyeballs.

Why? No good reason, thought it a fun idea to add a little something different.

Things can be reversed in seconds.

ALSO - if folks liked them, but weren't fond of the initial images being used, I'm all ears and they can be changed just as easily. Steel cage, for example, could have easily been the popcorn image!

*** I'll await a little feedback before bothering to work much higher!! DO NOT be afraid to say you don't like it - or offer ideas on different images. I won't get offended. I've already installed stuff in the past that ended up hated. :)

Not sure if anyone saw them before I disabled it - whether you liked them or not? But as I got higher and higher, I wasn't sure and said to myself that maybe this is overkill? I'm going to enable and take a few screen shots and then disable again.

Re-enabled and just finished the rest of them.

Any of them can have the icons changed very easily, and a few will already as I grabbed what I could find for now.

Gonna leave them for now, maybe even try to find better ones for some of them as I have time (and some icons are premium and costly, as they come in "icon packs").

But I think that fact that they aren't all similar or uniform or whatever, scrolling down when I know there are say 2 unread posts, these seem to make it a little harder on the eyes to find the unread/read icons to the left of them.

I'm not sure if my eyes are off because of confusion and opposing colors, with finding the read/unread flag icons.

Now I just tried lame ones, but all black and white, from the steel cage on down as a test. What ya think? I know more bland, but.... I just think the extravagant makes it a little harder and also makes it look weirder. In fact, not sure I like either way.

I don’t see them at all now.

I don’t scroll for unread- I always just use the “What’s New” icon, so not an issue for me.

They are re-enabled. They were making me dizzy! LOL

Like them? More color and active, or the black and white similar types from the cage down?
