Ten years ago, Stacy and her business partner dreamed of opening a restaurant. Burdened with student loans and unable to afford the investment in a restaurant, they designed a food cart to sell all-natural pita bread roll-up sandwiches in the Financial District of downtown Boston. "Stacy's D'Lites," as the sandwiches were called, were an instant hit, and the lines grew longer each day. To incent customers to wait in the lines, Stacy gave them seasoned pita chips that they made from extra pita bread.
