I called this 1 awhile back and said that she was doing absolutely nothing for New York or Queens and was concentrating on being an attention whore.

Meet Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez’s GOP challenger, Scherie Murray: ‘There’s a crisis in Queens and it’s called AOC’

According to New York businesswoman and congressional hopeful Scherie Murray, there’s a “crisis” in New York’s 14th congressional district— and she says “it’s called AOC.”

“She isn’t worried about us — she’s worried about being famous,” Murray wrote when announcing her campaign on Twitter on July 17. “She thinks public service is not about serving the public, but herself. If you think you deserve better, then you’re just like me.”

That’s why Murray says she’s launching a campaign to unseat the progressive 29-year-old congresswoman in 2020. So who exactly is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s bold Republican challenger?

Murray was born in Jamaica and moved to New York City at nine years old. Growing up in Southeast Queens, she became heavily embedded in the city.

After starting out as a system analyst intern for an NYC MTA bus depot, she eventually went on to start a TV and production advertising company which — according to her website — helped expand opportunities for minorities in media.

Murray later became district leader and state committee woman of the 29th Assembly District in Queens, N.Y. for the New York Republican State Committee. Now, she wants to take her fight to Congress, announcing her intentions to run for Ocasio-Cortez’s seat in 2020.

Running as a Republican in the heavily blue N.Y. district 14, Murray claims she is the candidate that will help “build bridges” across party lines. Instead of making Trump her target, she has set her sights on taking down Ocasio-Cortez.

I don't know New York well enough to fathom if it possible for a "R" to have a chance? I read somewhere that the last time that district had a 'R' was WWII or before? Seems though that if there are any folks that realize AOC is totally for herself, this would be the chance.

She does have somewhat of a chance as Alexandra is not very well liked in her district. And believe it or not simply being a minority and that area of queens will make a big difference, but that does not mean that she will get enough votes to win.

Though it would help the DNC to be rid of AOC, it would be better for the country to have her gone.

Those women are evil.

In general I don't tend to get myself over worked up about people I can't vote for. Someone from a district in NY or CA isn't going to get me all riled up because of antics. Like this goof from TX that just put in to impeach Trump for the 3rd f'ing time! I can't vote for or against, just laugh and rolleyes.

I kept seeing all this stuff about AOC, I figured anyone being called by her initials was certainly making her way through the media. I didn't pay all that much attention, figuring she was making a social media splash, Trump really didn't like her, blah blah.

In the past two weeks, I caught on that there were 4 of them. Then read more and more about the puppet master behind AOC, rich kid/ideologue. Truth is, the puppet master thing made sense, as a 29 year old speaking articulately on political philosophy, while carrying on her weird antics at the border came up incongruent.

I actually listened to these crazies, they ARE crazies. Socialists/communist, anarchists, anti-capitalists.

I see Pelosi's issues, I almost feel sorry for her. They are mean young girls, she's not. While she was working on the tax cap and herding cats, these nasties were doing all they could to wear her down. I do think Trump should have stayed out, but his getting his oar in, did manage to make them better known. In the long run that may have been a good thing.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s approval rating in New York declines following Amazon deal collapse, while Trump hammers Democrats over ‘socialism’

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s approval rating among New York voters, including Democrats, dips from January to March.

The drop follows the collapse of Amazon’s deal to build a new facility in New York City, which the representative opposed and most New Yorkers supported.

The poll findings come as President Donald Trump tries to cast Democrats’ economic policies as dangerously radical ahead of the critical 2020 election.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has grown less popular in New York – even among Democrats – following Amazon’s decision to scrap its planned offices in Queens.

Thirty-one percent of registered voters in the state view the freshman House Democrat favorably, while 44 percent have an unfavorable view, according to a Siena College poll released Monday. In January, 34 percent of New York voters viewed Ocasio-Cortez favorably, versus 29 percent who had an unfavorable opinion, a Quinnipiac University poll found.

The poll findings come as President Donald Trump tries to cast Democrats’ economic policies as dangerously radical ahead of the critical 2020 election. With his re-election bid on the horizon, Trump and the Republican Party aim to lump all Democrats — particularly those challenging him for president and those in swing House districts — in with Ocasio-Cortez and other self-professed democratic socialists.

Ocasio-Cortez’s support has dipped among key constituencies since January. Her net favorability — positive minus negative ratings — among Democrats fell to +17 in March from +46 in January. In New York City, she had only a +6 rating in March, down from a +32 in January. Ocasio-Cortez represents parts of the city’s boroughs of Queens and the Bronx.

AOC’s Latest Approval Ratings Are IN – Her Explosive Reaction Is Just PRICELESS

The crybaby princess refuses to blame herself, so…

Hey, in case you didn’t know–

AOC’s approval ratings are tanking big time.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), once the Golden Girl for the increasingly far-left Democratic Party, is apparently losing supporters at an alarming rate.

The latest shocking poll numbers are in and AOC has hit an all-time low.

And here’s the best part: this poll was conducted by a significantly liberal source; the ultra-left-wing Quinnipiac.

So, when Quinnipiac tells you a Democrat’s numbers are in the toilet, they must REALLY be bad.

And just how bad is it for the new Queen of Socialism?

“Quinnipiac found Ocasio-Crazy’s national favorability rating sits at a pathetic 23 percent…

…her unfavorable is 36 percent, which means she is upside down by double digits — 13 whole points.“

From left wing nuts at Vox: and not from the media but rather her own doing.

Conservative media’s war on AOC is hammering her poll numbers

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s national poll numbers are pretty bad — and conservative media attacks appear to be a key reason why.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), the social media star and self-identified democratic socialist, is fairly unpopular around the country.

A Quinnipiac poll released on Thursday morning found that 23 percent of Americans had a favorable view of the member of Congress, while 36 percent had an unfavorable view — a -13 overall approval rating. Thirty-eight percent hadn’t heard enough about her to have an informed opinion.

This new poll isn’t a one-off finding. Three prior surveys — one in January from Morning Consult, one in February from Fox, and a third in mid-March from Gallup — all found that more Americans had negative views of AOC than had positive ones. This might surprise a lot of Democrats, who see all of her viral clips and impressive performances in congressional hearings and assume she’s a popular rising star.

Current?:

‘NOT A TYPO’: Democrat Poll Shows What Voters Think Of Omar, Ocasio-Cortez

A new internal Democrat poll in swing districts released on Sunday showed that socialist Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Ilhan Omar (D-MN) are extremely unpopular and that they may cost the Democratic Party the presidency and the House in 2020.

"Ocasio-Cortez was recognized by 74% of voters in the poll; 22% had a favorable view," Axios reported. "Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota — another member of The Squad — was recognized by 53% of the voters; 9% (not a typo) had a favorable view."

"Socialism was viewed favorably by 18% of the voters and unfavorably by 69%," Axios added, whereas "capitalism was 56% favorable; 32% unfavorable."

The firm that conducted the poll gave the results to Axios on the condition that it not be named because it works "with all parts of the party."

A top Democrat involved in the 2020 congressional races told Axios: "If all voters hear about is AOC, it could put the [House] majority at risk. [S]he's getting all the news and defining everyone else’s races. Socialism is toxic to these voters."

The poll's results match numerous other polls that have been taken on Ocasio-Cortez and socialism.

A June poll from inside Ocasio-Cortez's district found:

They don’t like her. She has a more than 2:1 ratio of unfavorable (50.88%) to favorable (21.37%) in public opinion.

They don’t trust her. Only 10.75% thought she had their best interests in mind in quashing the Amazon deal – 32.60% said she didn’t.

They don’t want her. 33.44% are ready to vote against her, and only 13.30% would vote for her.

This woman will be shut down, can't have any niggers trying to get off the plantation. And that's EXACTLY how Democrats feel about any black person who doesn't vote their way.
