What a couple of complete idiots! This guy films and shows you how the driver of the tractor couldn't care less about the women stuck in their vehicle, crashed into the back of his tractor. Seems the entire time that he texts on his phone or makes a call, but is within 30 feet - 50 feet of the accident at all times, in view. The other guy even tells him to help, to move his tractor forward, and a few other things, several times.

But as this guy proceeds to chastise the driver, he does absolutely nothing himself but film the other guy! No attempt to help until the very very end, when it was obviously far too late. The time encompassed from when there was an accident, and smoke rising from where they met, as if from the radiator. After a bit, a fire starts, and then after awhile, the fire engulfs the women's car, and done with. It appears others may have used extinguishers off film, but nothing worked. And throughout it all, neither idiot does a damn thing to help. They both suck!! And quite frankly, I blame the camera jerk off more. He thought it great to film, and narrate the other guy doing nothing, and posting it to social media.

Not fun to watch, but absolutely nothing graphic other than the crash already done in the background, you can't even see in the women's vehicle, so no issues there.

This viral video seen nearly 20 million times shows a digger driver refusing to help two women burning to death inside a car that rear-ended him while a distressed witness screams at him to do something.

The footage was captured on 16th July on the 4th Ring Road in China’s capital of Beijing, with both women, 31 and 34, later pronounced dead.

The video filmed by Mr Chen has been widely shared and caused widespread discussion online as well as in legal circles about the excavator driver surnamed Qi, 22, and his apparent inaction.
