I was all set to go out and start taking some video with the new Sony vidcam but it's pretty windy here, and wind will screw up the sound.

So just talked with the son and he said, why don't you set up your tripod in the truck and take some video driving around town? So maybe I'm not so bored after all. I think I'll play around with that, maybe post it to my youtube channel later.

It actually worked out rather well. I might post some of it to youtube, but I'm still playing around with video editing.

Since my son works at a TV station, I got the Adobe Creative Suite from him yesterday, and the Adobe video editing software is probably the best in the world, but on that note, also the most complicated. I went through a couple tutorials yesterday but have a ways to go.
