And thanks to the left, they are going to hand him the election on a silver platter, everything else aside - thanks to their lying and their antics.

My point being - this will NOT harm his re-election. The dems just re-elected him already. You're too busy eating all of the crap they and the media are spewing, and everyone else is either shaking their heads of laughing - knowing this helps the right and more than helps his reelection campaign.

But you thinking otherwise and still looking for gotchas is cute, and comedy gold. :)

He campaigned on bringing back manufacturing. That hasn't happened.

The author, and you, misspelled manufactured.

Of course it's happened. But of course you are a dishonest person.

Pete if you have to lie to make your case, maybe you need a new case.

The data released today is right here. All sectors are contracting.

Contracting slightly, but your blanket statement that manufacturing jobs haven't grown since Trump took office is blatantly false, a lie, an untruth, as per usual with you Pete.

Your putting words in my mouth. I also wouldn’t say marginal growth equals bringing back manufacturing. You know this.

your words Pete

He campaigned on bringing back manufacturing. That hasn't happened.

But , the reality is it HAS happened. 350K plus new jobs isn't something to sneeze at. If your Lord Obama would have created 350K jobs with ANY of his "job growth" plans you would have been shouting it from the roof tops, but he never did.

Over the past two years, with the encouragement of the Trump Administration’s red-tape cutting policies and the tax cut and reform law passed in December 2017, manufacturers added 467,000 jobs, more than six times the 73,000 manufacturing jobs added in Obama’s last two years.

Looking at Trump’s first two years, the revised BLS data shows that more than two manufacturing jobs were added for every one job added in government at the federal, state, and local level. In contrast, under Obama, almost five government jobs were added for every one manufacturing job.

Since Pres. Trump took office in January 2017, employment in manufacturing has increased 3.7%. Over the same period during the last two years under Pres. Obama, manufacturing payrolls grew by only 0.6%.

The sluggish growth in manufacturing in the latter half of the Obama years led to President Obama remarking in June 2016 that manufacturing jobs “are just not going to come back."

Ooops, indeed, Pedo Pete™!

Seriously, man, you are such a transparent tool. Have you ever been right - even once - on this board?

The problem with you is not that you're overwhelmingly stupid - although there is a lot of that with your particular makeup - your real problem is that you're about on the same flat learning curve as Gabby. Most would simply label you as very stupid, but it actually goes deeper than that. You have no desire to actually improve yourself and there's simply no way to instill that in anyone. You have demonstrated a decade of completely stagnant mental growth, if not a moderate decline in performance.

You see something on one of your idiot moonbat sites and assume that your fellow NPC liberal that posted it actually did his research and you, as a typical liberal moron, assume that since it fits what you want to believe, it must be true.

This despite literally hundreds of ass whoopings that should have demonstrated that your shallow approach to logical thinking and debate never work out. Ever.

Do you know what the definition of insanity is? Seriously, do you?

1980 had near 20M manufacturing workers. Now less than 13M. Trump has added around 300k since inauguration. Obama added about 1.4M in 8 years.

Look at it again, dummy. I even included a picture with labels on the timeline to help you cut through your head fog.

Nevertheless, you can now admit that you were completely wrong in your insipid statement. As usual.

Sadly , the average American idiot will look at their very own bank accounts and agree that the economy is bad even as they are in better shape than they have been in years.

:laugh2::laugh2::laugh2:

My data is from the same source as yours is, you unmitigated fool! You'd know that if you'd even bothered to look at the facts I presented you.

Now, then. How's President Trump doing in creating manufacturing jobs, Petey? It's been a resounding overall success story, hasn't it?

You may apologize for your buffoonish statements now.

I especially enjoyed watching you contradict yourself 180° :

He campaigned on bringing back manufacturing. That hasn't happened.

And then, 3 hours 17 minutes later, in this very same thread, you said this :

Trump has added around 300k since inauguration.

You're still wrong, factually, but I just thought it would be fun to point out how completely inept you are at this.

The number you're looking for is north of 467,000 manufacturing jobs added since 2017 when Trump took over, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Further, if you were smart enough to actually read the article I provided, these are REAL jobs - because as anyone knows, Government doesn't actually produce anything. It is a parasite draw on the economy with every single employee on the Federal & State dole that adds up to monstrous numbers.

Manufacturing jobs actually do produce goods, and contribute greatly to our overall economic health by creating support, transportation, service, etc - a whole litany of networked companies benefit directly, not to mention the taxes gained from the buying and selling of all materials involved :

Looking at Trump’s first two years, the revised BLS data shows that more than two manufacturing jobs were added for every one job added in government at the federal, state, and local level. In contrast, under Obama, almost five government jobs were added for every one manufacturing job.

Democrats think that the Government has unlimited money - I suspect they think that you can just fire up the presses and print more. Even the old, crusty ones that should know better are saying the same stupid shit that the young stupid ones like AOC are saying - "let's just give everyone a government job!"

Take a good hard look at Venezuela to see what happens when you allow socialists to run the show. Venezuela was one of the richest countries in the world not long ago. It took a little over 10 years to turn it into a 3rd world hellhole banana republic.

At any rate, I'll wait for your unreserved public apology and correction now that you've been shown that you were completely wrong.

Thanks in advance!
