President Trump: Substantial Deal Made With China

President Trump says the U.S. and China have come to a “substantial deal” on trade. While meeting with the Chinese vice premier at the White House, the president said this is “phase one” of a bigger deal. He said “phase two” will be negotiated after the first deal is drafted.

China has reportedly agreed to $40 to $50 billion in agricultural goods purchases. President Trump said he expects a deal to be written and implemented in a matter of weeks, calling it a “fast and clean” process.

The president said a currency agreement may also be in the works. This would limit both countries from devaluing their currencies in order to gain an unfair competitive trade advantage. President Trump labeled China a “currency manipulator” earlier this year after Beijing reportedly lowered the value of the yuan.

This new deal follows several days of negotiations between China the United States. The two countries have been engaged in an ongoing trade war for 15 months, slapping retaliatory tariffs on each other’s products.

Schiff and Pelosi will just insist the president doesn't have the right, or power to make any deals with China, since Joe and his son won't be making any more LIBERAL/DNC money...under the table, and Joe doesn't have Obama's Ass to Kiss anymore.

"INPEACH" to the Chinese, is that stone found inside a nice, juicy Peach. Ya know. Just like they call "ELECTION DAY" ..."ERECTION DAY"???

Dems always complaining, and don't do jack shit themselves, other than complain, whine and bitch. They said they would obstruct every step of the way, and that's all they have done and all they have attempted to do.

Trump Makes Real Progress with China while Dems Play Impeachment

The press conference, live on television, from the Oval Office concluding this round of China trade negotiations was one of the more fascinating events of recent years. Spin, real, or a combination, the love-fest between President Trump and Chinese Vice Premier Liu He, both characterizing this first phase of their deal as not just an economic agreement but an important step forward for world peace, was one of those rare inspirational moments. Could human life really be that way?

It's easy to be skeptical--and probably wise with Turkey running roughshod through Syria at this very moment--but we can all be grateful for the possibility that things could be different.

The Democrats, of course, were having none of it. Trump, the first president in decades to negotiate seriously with China, to confront them in any way, must be impeached! Chuck Schumer, obviously panicked the public might realize that something of importance was actually being done by a government official (rather than endlessly investigating their opponents for illusory crimes), immediately took to Twitter with a warning before any details were released.

A China mini deal? It must not include concessions on Huawei. That’s what China wants most, and it would show tremendous weakness.https://t.co/VE3HSTwlAz
