"I would say it cost me between $2 and $5 billion to be President - and if I had to do it again, I would do it in an instant. I'm making a big difference for our country. I'm doing this for the country. I'm doing this for the people."~@realDonaldTrump (https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump)

Call his accountant....or ask him...as you can see it is an approximate... TRUMP takes no salary as you should know already...and yes Trump would make much more Not being POTUS...Love of Country and fighting the Cancers of socialism / Liberalism is much more Important...

I don’t think the salary makes much of a dent in the $2-5 billion figure.
Quite how he is losing billions I’m not sure, especially considering the values presented include greater amounts than his net worth.

I don't think Trump is as rich as he ever claimed. But I do think he's losing a ton by not working his company and many other things that he has to separate from. Lost potential. And not that much, but still likely a lot. Figure alone he's dismissing over 1 billion in salary alone from the WH for a 4 year term. So IMO there is no doubt it is costing him to be the president. But I would hardly say the man is hurting for money either.

He had to fight the bureaucracy every step of the way to get it, and he's had to fight the bureaucracy every step of the way while in office. I'd be willing to bet it costs quite a bit of change to stay afloat in a sea of bullshit.

The number he gave is very likely right. And damage to his reputation and his businesses even after he is no longer President will very likely be huge.-Tyr

I guess you consider yourself an economist now as well as a USA politics expert?

You are boring.
