Not sure how well this will work on an American forum. BBC videos aren't viewable outside the UK in normal circumstances ... but I think (hope) that Sky News ones, are.

Excellent news.

You don't need an hour ! What's shown is just a snippet, an end-extraction from a longer interview (& interviews done by Sophy Ridge tend not to last longer than 15 minutes, anyway).

You have to get past an ad ... & the interview snippet is only around 2-3 times as long as the ad itself is. Only around 1 minute long ...
