Very very often when murderers are busted and serving time, they will reject whatever lifestyle they had before and find a life with God. But they still serve their sentence.

This girl freely left America and went to Syria to join a terrorist group, the worldwide known worst terrorist group. To join ISIS and kill Americans, and vowed to do just that.

Sure, let her have a car and maybe even let her drive while in America to the courthouse. But if she is found guilty, found to have gave up on her country and gave allegiance to a foreign terror group, then she gets no mercy and fully gets held accountable, however much time in prison that may mean. Just because you get busted, or get stuck in a shitty situation thousands and thousands of miles away, hardly means you can disavow that terror group and just walk away unscathed.

And are any of us supposed to have sympathy for her now? Not me, no way no how.

ISIS Bride Who Wanted to 'Spill Blood' of Americans Pleads to Return: 'I Want to Have My Own Car'

NBC News wants you to pity Hoda Muthana, and who are you, O mortal, to answer back to NBC News? Hoda is a simple, down-to-earth, hijab-wearing Alabama gal who decided one day to travel to Syria to join the Islamic State (ISIS). But hey, everyone makes mistakes, right? “I want to have my own car,” pines Hoda, and how could you possibly resist such an all-American appeal?

Only the most grudging “Islamophobe” would dare to note that Hoda’s desire to have her own car is downright chilling in light of her earlier call for Muslims in America to “go on drive-bys, and spill all of their blood” – that is, the blood of the unbelievers that Hoda can’t wait to return and live among now.

But surely Hoda Muthana herself wouldn’t take her brand new car and use it for one of those drive-bys she wanted, would she? Of course not: she says she “regrets every single thing” she said in those halcyon days of the Islamic State, and thinks it is only just to let her come back to her Sweet Home Alabama: “Anyone that believes in God believes that everyone deserves a second chance, no matter how harmful their sins were.”

NBC News certainly agrees. Hoda, NBC tells us, spoke to them from a “refugee camp in Syria where she and her 2-year-old son, Adam, live in a tent.” She “now claims to reject the extremist ideology that she once espoused so freely online,” but that isn’t good enough for “Islamophobic” American officials: she faces, says NBC, “an uphill battle to be allowed back into the U.S.”

Meanwhile, the poor girl is suffering:

And simply getting by day to day is a struggle, she says. She says she finds it "hard to get up in the morning" and, despite being moved from the larger al-Hawl refugee camp for her own safety, is scared of retribution from whom she calls the more radical women around her. She also claimed to be afraid of speaking out, saying it could result in her becoming a target. "I am risking my life doing these types of interviews," she said.

ff that traitor, she joined the devil's spawn and now wants to come back and enjoy what the USA has to offer.
Yet she called for her pals to murder American citizens and now that her pals arent on the upswing she wants to be treated as if she did nothing wrong.
I say -yes- Bring her back to have her day in court and then shoot her for treason!
She gave aid to the enemy and renounced her citizenship.
Give that day in court then shoot her for the damn blood-thirsty treason that she can not deny, IMHO..--Tyr

I believe in mercy, and I believe our government has a duty to protect American citizens, even those who are criminals.

Bring her to the US and let her spend the rest of her life in prison for treason and other various crimes.

In considering whether she deserves any 'protection' from any American, it seems to me that an obvious question would be whether she'd ever have protected an American in ISIS's custody. Do you have reason to believe she would have ? Or, was she committed to showing Americans NO mercy, seeing them as her enemies ?

She had become, very willingly, an enemy of America. Why, then, should she be viewed AS an American ? Simple answer: rescind her citizenship, then, as a NON American, she is refused entry to the US. Let her rot wherever she chooses, so long as it's nowhere near American territory.

To be honest, I don't care what she would have done. I don't want a government that behaves like the worst of us.

And perhaps showing this vile woman the slightest mercy will dissuade another from joining a Muslim cult.

She needs to be treated like Benedict Arnold. And IMO, she’s worse than he was.

There are times when you have to be strong and uncompromising against an enemy. The 'Isis Bride' referred to in this thread chose to be your enemy. She did not choose to deserve good treatment !

Letting her back on to US territory puts your citizens at unnecessary risk. What if the courts - somehow - chose leniency ? What if she escaped confinement ? What if she chose to radicalise others, spawning more savage enemies ... when NONE OF IT need ever have been risked, by simply keeping her away from America, and her territory ?

Show terrorist scum any measure of humanitarianism, and (a) they'll not understand it, and (b) will consider it a weakness to be exploited.
