Kids do things their parents aren't the proudest of, some because of peer pressure & some because it's VERY difficult to grow up. As parents we have to pick our battles.
Whether your daughters dressed/smoked/drank/tattooed/ "how they were taught" or not, I'm sure they did so not without some fatherly advice & warning. Which was my point. When parents take an active role in their child's growth, when those children reach adulthood, they are responsible, productive, and confident people.
Women who act & dress like ladies, do so because they were taught.

And between puberty and 21 or so girls are inhabited by demons. Some longer. My point is, you can teach all you want, but it doesn't necessarily mean that alone will decide how a daughter will act.

not so sure about that. I mean if he is still looking at porn all the time, yeah. But I know alot of alcoholics that are still addicted but never drink and speak out against it because they know from experience that drinking is dangerous.

He might also be struggling against his addiction and pointing out things that are making it more difficult.
