I tried the Peposo and it was pretty darned tasty, so now I'm adventuring off to try "Drunk Brisket"

I smoked it down and let it rest for tw0 days in the fridge, now I'm on the last hour of cooking and the house smells lovely!

And a bonus, the recipe calls for the addition of a dark beer. Since I bought a six-pack of Guinness, five of them go into me

Are you sure? Isn't the brisket the one getting drunk? You should at least split the 6-pack.

I had more beer available so we both were "qualified"
