Yes, he died on 9/11/05...leukemia.

was he a vet from nam, who got leukemia from agent orange, and died from an adult stem cell transplant complication, or something like that....? i only ask, because we lost a poster on one of my other boards with a story of such....? :(

sure, but a simple answer would have ended my curiosity of whether this Merlin poster was the same poster that passed away from leukemia at another site that he may have frequented. :(

I miss Merlin, I always hoped his wife would join us. A few months after his death, she posted a few, she sent me a very nice pm, saying how much the site cheered him.
