She's a little out there at times, but I still like her commentary most times. Roberts has no place on the bench, like most lefties. He's a typical RINO. He's allowing his dislike for Trump and the fact Trump is not a member of the RIO/NEOCON community dictate his judgement.

The court had no choice. The wording was almost identical to the Texas law that was struck down by SCOTUS in 2016. Back then, with the vote Justice Kennedy, the court ruled that Texas imposed an obstacle on women seeking access to abortion services without providing any medical benefits. Roberts was kind of bound by precedent.

That's kinda what I read earlier, that he made his decision more so on precedent and respecting prior decisions and upholding them.

Still don't like him.
