A second stay at home order? Is this to be enforced like the first stay at home order was in Seattle? Sorry, Governor, but I don't think anybody gives a damn about your orders. I'd be interested to know just WHO has been busted for violating the order so far. Probably white people minding their own business.

Washington Gov. Jay Inslee (D) announced modifications to the state’s reopening plan. During a briefing in Olympia on Thursday, he enacted a new 10 person limit for all social gatherings held in counties on phase three, which is down from the original 50 person cap.
Gov. Inslee also warned of possibly stricter policies and a new stay-at-home order if current COVID-19 trends in the state continue unchanged. He suggested current efforts had not been enough to stem the pandemic’s spread and that new measures were likely necessary.
“And as a result, our weekly averages of the number of Washingtonians who are infected has continued to rise in a very disturbing pattern of continual consistent increase,” stated the Democrat governor. “We simply have to find another strategy or additional strategies to arrest this pandemic, so today we are acting to take action in that regard.”
