The dems are on a tear again laughing and scoffing at the mention of voter fraud at all, but specifically mail in voting. They speak as if it's non-existent and anyone mentioning it is simply fear mongering. That's what they are saying about Trump.

I posted recently about 28 million missing ballots in elections since 2016 and a comprehensive legal list of the activities.

A recap and then today's article about Las Vegas. Sure, no such thing as mail voter fraud.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Want Proof Voter Fraud Really Exists? Here’s Plenty Of Evidence

One of the most sacred rights and responsibilities of American citizenship is voting. We are supposedly guaranteed one man-one vote, that every person’s vote is worth as much as every other person’s vote. If there is voter fraud, it reduces the impact of legitimately cast ballots.

This year, leftists and their media buddies are pushing for mail-in-voting. They claim that voter fraud doesn’t exist–a lie. Not only is there proof voter fraud exists for mail-in and other types of voting. Increasing voter fraud and guaranteeing the election goes their way is precisely the reason they are pushing for mail-in voting and claim anyone who objects is trying to limit minority voting.

Sorry liberals, while unicorns, monsters under your bed, and hair comb-overs that look good, do not exist, voter fraud exists. Also true is the fact that the same liberals who kept telling anyone who would listen that Russia rigged our elections and the Trump team helped them rig it are now swearing to us that our elections are tamper-proof and mail-in ballots cannot possibly be vulnerable to fraud.

More than a month after New York’s June 23 primary elections, state election officials are still counting votes. In some legislative districts, they haven’t even started counting absentee votes. In the best-case scenario, election officials hope to declare winners by the first Tuesday in August—six weeks after Election Day. It might take a lot longer than that. Election officials in New York City have already invalidated upwards of 100,000 absentee ballots—about one of every five that were mailed in from the five boroughs. And furious candidates are already filing lawsuits charging discrimination and disenfranchisement.

The chaos in New York is a warning about November’s elections: Voting is being transformed by the pandemic. But no state has built new election infrastructure. No state has the time or the money to make sure vote-counting will go smoothly in November. And just about every state is about to be hit with a massive surge of absentee ballots.

“This is what happens,” a New York election official told me over the phone last week, “when you jury-rig a system that hasn’t been designed or implemented or tested before.”

In New York, the election infrastructure was overwhelmed by a massive increase in voters requesting absentee ballots rather than risking voting in person. Ballot-printing firms couldn’t keep up with demand, and the already rickety U.S. Postal Service didn’t move the ballots to and from voters quickly enough.

ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA – Thomas Cooper, a mail carrier in Pendleton County, was charged today in a criminal complaint with attempted election fraud, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced.

Cooper, age 47, of Dry Fork, West Virginia, is charged with “Attempt to Defraud the Residents of West Virginia of a Fair Election.” According to the affidavit filed with the complaint, Cooper held a U.S. Postal Service contract to deliver mail in Pendleton County. In April 2020, the Clerk of Pendleton County received “2020 Primary Election COVID-19 Mail-In Absentee Request” forms from eight voters on which the voter’s party-ballot request appeared to have been altered.

The clerk reported the finding to the West Virginia Secretary of State’s office, which began an investigation. The investigation found five ballot requests that had been altered from “Democrat” to “Republican.” On three other requests, the party wasn’t changed, but the request had been altered.

Cooper was responsible for the mail delivery of the three towns from which the tampered requests were mailed: Onego, Riverton, and Franklin, West Virginia. According to the affidavit, Cooper admitted to altering some of the requests, saying it was a joke.

Paterson. Numerous additional ballots were found in a mailbox in nearby Haledon.”

Here’s another, this one from May 2020, per the Philadelphia Inquirer:

A former judge of elections and Democratic committeeperson from South Philadelphia has pleaded guilty to accepting thousands of dollars in bribes to inflate the vote totals for three Democratic candidates for Common Pleas Court judge in 2015, and for other Democratic candidates for office in 2014 and 2016, U.S. Attorney William M. McSwain announced Thursday.

Domenick J. DeMuro, 73, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for the judicial candidates and for other candidates seeking office in the 2014 and 2016 primary elections. And he admitted violating the Travel Act, which forbids the use of a cell phone to promote illegal activity, McSwain’s office said

One man pleaded guilty after forging 1,200 mail-in ballot applications, resulting in 700 suspected fraudulent votes in a 2017 Dallas election. He was identified after a voter, whose ballot he harvested, snapped a photo of him on her cellphone.

“Authentic” signatures are also collected from voters, either under false pretenses or by experienced harvesters who confidently gain compliance from voters, as illustrated in a video that surfaced during the 2018 primary in the Houston area.

The anonymous video appears to show how easily a ballot application and signature were collected from a voter by a campaign worker in less than 20 seconds. After providing her signature, the voter asked the worker: “Is this legal, what you’re doing?” The worker replied: “Yes, ma’am, we’ve done 400 already.”

In South Texas, a former U.S. Postal Service employee was convicted of bribery in a federal prosecution in 2017 for selling a list of absentee voters to vote harvesters for $1,200.

There’s plenty more. In fact, the Heritage Foundation published a searchable list they describe as a sampling of voter fraud. The list contains 1,285 cases of voter fraud, at least 220 of those listed cases involved absentee ballots.

Each case on the list includes a URL for the original independent source. The list includes.

1,110 criminal convictions
48 civil penalties
95 diversion programs
15 judicial findings
17 official findings

Just imagine a handful of these happening in the general election. Say stories start popping up like this and hundreds of thousands get lost or are otherwise undeliverable. Then what?

Las Vegas: Over 223K Mail-In Ballots Bounced as ‘Undeliverable’ in Recent Primary Election

More than 223,000 mail-in ballots sent to registered voters in Clark County, Nevada, were bounced as “undeliverable” in the state’s June primary election, newly released data reveals.

According to data collected by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) from the Clark County Election Department, a total of 223,469 mail-in ballots sent to registered voters for the June 9 primary election ended up bouncing as “undeliverable” — 17 percent of the total 1,325,934 mail-in ballots that were sent out in the county.

“These numbers show how vote by mail fails,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement, adding:

New proponents of mail balloting don’t often understand how it actually works. States like Oregon and Washington spent many years building their mail voting systems and are notably aggressive with voter list maintenance efforts. Pride in their own systems does not somehow transfer across state lines. Nevada, New York, and others are not and will not be ready for November.

For comparison, in the 2012, 2014, 2016, and 2018 general elections, the entire state of Nevada recorded just 5,863 mail-in ballots as “undeliverable.” That data comes from U.S. Election Assistance Commission surveys.

I don't care necessarily about him. And in Vegas, you see it even benefited Republicans and here I am speaking out about it. This is about VOTES being lost and FRAUD. I don't care how or who it's happening to, it's not a good thing for our elections to happen. Even one vote is an issue. I would prefer that ALL were counted, even if the missing are Dems. It should be full fairness and full participation and counts.

And each state is different, just look at the Heritage link. Some states have nothing reported while others do. I don't give a hoot what he says about Florida - their history shows it's been a problem - and therefore better potential for continuing issues, IMO.

This is an issue that effects all sides and all voters, IMO. And yes, can be abused and then harm one side further.

It seems to me that this is another area where Trump's concerns are warranted, but his tendency to go off script and become bellicose and appearing to lose nuance hurts him.

The real problem is with states/counties just mailing out ballots to everyone on the polling rolls. This is in contrast to the states/counties that require the voter to request a ballot prior to having one sent. Minimum effort on the later, none on the mass mailings. Since most rolls still contain huge numbers of dead and 'no longer living at the address' this is ripe for fraud. Second and not mentioned once that I know of, is the fact that postal workers union and SEIU have a very close relationship-not exactly groups that are in the center of political spectrum. Again, another possible opening for fraud.

No sale. After all the crap the left has pulled the last 3 years to openly, blatantly steal power back that they lost? Voter fraud doesn't even register in the top 5 transgressions by those shit for brains so any denial on their part is just wasting oxygen on me. Voter fraud will be one of their easier endeavors.

Oh crap, I don't even know about them!

But that's a LOT of reading!! Videos too. I watched a few already and read a bunch of articles. Seems they are behind a lot of harassment and abusive tactics along with the outright fraud.

And then they are another that claim voter fraud isn't there:

https://i.imgur.com/wFZ8Ajd.png

Then I saw they endorsed Biden and mobilizing in 40 different states. Focusing much on blacks and latinos, and more of course. Sounds like they need to be monitored closely. Even then though...

Too. Much. Voter. Fraud.

This message board, Twitter, and Facebook all have something that mail in voting lacks. Authentication.

In other words for me to be able to post on this message board, I have to prove who I am by supplying a username and a password. Same goes for Twitter, Facebook, and thousands of other sites.

But, when it comes to mail in voting, all that’s needed is a stamp, a (forged) signature, or just a a check in the box.

Let me see if I could come up with some ways that I could cause voter fraud.

I could ask people if they filled out their mail in ballots, if they did’t I could offer them money in exchange for their ballots

I could intimidate people into filling out their mail in ballots for certain candidates under threat of bodily harm

As Jim said before, I can alter the ballots after they are mailed

I could target Republican voters, steal their ballots before they reach them, then fill them out for Democrats

Dems deny it but states have discovered...they do it anyway.

The Post Office has also announced that EACH Voter envelope is marked...either DEMOCRAT or REPUBLICAN.

And the Dems insist there is no cheating.

This is the type of thing that Trump/campaign should be bringing up. The ties between unions and democrats and socialism are strong. Educate the electorate. I vaguely remembered this:

Report: USPS improperly enabled workers who helped Clinton campaign

By Eli Watkins, CNN

Updated 4:45 PM ET, Wed July 19, 2017

Washington (CNN)A government investigation concluded that the United States Postal Service "improperly coordinated" with a postal workers union that supported Hillary Clinton's campaign.

The investigation, as documented in a report from the Office of Special Counsel, said the USPS granted employees union leave time off, at the request of the union, to do political activity -- which OSC concluded was a "systematic violation" of a law regarding the political activity of federal employees.
The report said the practice was longstanding, perhaps ranging as far back as the 1990s.

The report came in response to a request from Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson, who chairs a Senate committee that held a hearing Wednesday on the matter and asked representatives of government watchdogs why it went on so long. William Siemer, the acting deputy inspector general of the USPS's inspector general's office, indicated it was a case of institutional inertia.

"It seemed that it was adopted just as a practice where nobody was really looking at it through the lens of is this appropriate or not," Siemer said.

A message left with the Clinton campaign Wednesday afternoon was not immediately returned.

OSC's report said the USPS's actions during the 2016 campaign violated the Hatch Act, a 1939 law intended to keep federal employees from directly supporting candidates. The report said OSC will not seek individual punishments for violation of the law but said USPS needed to take corrective measures, including no longer considering political activity as a reason for official union leave and implementing a "'hands off' approach to a union's political activity."

The issue in question, which Johnson said was brought to his attention by Timm Kopp, a letter carrier and constituent who spoke at the hearing, concerned USPS's coordination with the National Association of Letter Carriers for employees to take leave to participate in an AFL-CIO political effort to get Clinton elected and help "other pro-worker candidates across the country" by getting workers to do things like canvass door-to-door and man a phonebank.

According to the report, the union would provide a list of USPS employees to USPS, asking they be put on unpaid leave to participate in the political effort. Then the USPS management would disperse the lists, which were viewed lower down as "directives," to give the letter carriers time off, including telling local supervisors to do so over concerns it would affect postal operations. The union would pay the employees out of its own political fund during their time off.

Kopp said he and others had to work overtime to keep operations going while others were off on political work, and he said he tried and failed to raise concerns through various channels before getting through at this level.

In his statement at Wednesday's hearing, Johnson said the total scope of the 2016 effort seemed relatively small at a total of 97 employees getting time off, but the senator warned of "unquantified consequences" from operational concerns to unfairness for employees who weren't in the union or wanted to support different candidates from their union.

Missouri Sen. Claire McCaskill, the top Democrat on the committee, said she found the apparent length of the Hatch Act violation "shocking" but said the USPS' response to the report was encouraging.

Postmaster General Megan Brennan appeared before the committee to address the conclusions of the report to Congress. She said after receiving the results of the investigation last Friday, the USPS "fully accepts and will fully implement" the OSC's recommendations to avoid future Hatch Act violations.

ELECTION 2020
WE TOLD YOU SO: New Jersey Election Invalidated Because of Mail-In Voter Fraud
BY MATT MARGOLIS AUG 21, 2020 3:17 PM EST

A New Jersey election has been invalidated by a judge, and a new election has been ordered to be held, due to rampant mail-in voter fraud.

On Wednesday, State Superior Court Judge Ernest Caposela ruled that the election for a Paterson City Council seat had been irreversibly tainted. A new election has been ordered to take place in November.
