The latest is that - only 6% of ALL Covid-19 patients died solely of that alone. Where 94% had a contributing condition. That data comes from the CDC themselves. That's huge news if you ask me. And I do wonder, will the MSM report about this, or have they? I haven't looked yet, maybe they did.

So all of the numbers have went down, very much so, and now we are getting a much better idea of how/which contributing conditions are killing people by age.

The COVID-19 pandemic sure looks like it’s long past it’s peak — and might be over, at least according to a new chart from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Take a look at the chart above, titled “Provisional Death Count For Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).”

The peak appears to be around the weeks of April 18 and April 25, with a steady decline until the beginning of July. The virus spiked throughout the month, but then began to slide again in August. For all age groups except 75 years old and above, the weekly deaths dropped well before 1,000 by mid-month, and are all near zero now.

Take a look for yourself at the CDC site.

A new reported out by the CDC reveals that 94% of the COVID-19 deaths in the U.S. including other “health conditions and contributing causes.”

“According to the report, only 6% of deaths have COVID-19 as the only cause mentioned, revealing that 94% of patients who died from coronavirus also had other health conditions and contributing causes,” CBS-42 reported.

New CDC report shows 94% of COVID-19 deaths in US had contributing conditions

ATLANTA, Ga. (WJW) — The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released new data last week that depicts how many Americans who have died from COVID-19 also had contributing conditions.

According to the report, only 6% of deaths have COVID-19 as the only cause mentioned, revealing that 94% of patients who died from coronavirus also had other “health conditions and contributing causes.”

The report reads in part:

Table 3 shows the types of health conditions and contributing causes mentioned in conjunction with deaths involving coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned. For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death.

The CDC listed the following as the top underlying medical conditions linked to coronavirus deaths:

Influenza and pneumonia
Respiratory failure
Hypertensive disease
Diabetes
Vascular and unspecified dementia
Cardiac arrest
Heart failure
Renal failure
Intentional and unintentional injury, poisoning and other adverse events
Other medical conditions

The CDC explains that their data uses provisional death counts to “deliver the most complete and accurate picture of lives lost to COVID-19.”

These numbers are based on death certificates, which the organization says are the most reliable source of data. Death certificates reportedly contain information that is not available anywhere else and includes comorbid conditions, race and ethnicity and place of death.

I thought we knew that early on? COVID-19 preys on underlying conditions. Nice to see the CDC has caught up:rolleyes:

The MSM/lect are not going to say anything unless they can work it to their advantage. Look at how they are (not) covering these riots/protest/looting unless Trump says or does something then they blame it all on him.

Same with this stupid flu. That's Trump's fault too for not handling it correctly

I'm (not) sorry. The left/MSM has zero credibility with me. I used to read MSM stuff to try and balance out the facts using common denominators true to both sides. No such thing anymore so I don't even bother. The MSM quit using facts awhile back.

I have been saying it is not worse than the flu--unless-- you have serious underlying conditions- I've been saying that since early March..
Caught a lot of heat for even daring to say that.
Caught heat for saying it was a manufactured pandemic used to gain power by governments and in USA used to beat on Trump with because of the coming election.--Tyr

Same here. I stopped even talking about it on social media because all the suckers from both sides of the political spectrum that believed it would attack like a flock of birds. I even lost friends over it.

Same here, I too lost friends over at two sites I frequent.. Some where in such a panic that truth meant nothing to them.. Now even more will come out about how it's been used as a political weapon and what it has cost humanity..Tyr
